About Us
About Our Founder
Tyree Cooper is married to Dwayne Cooper who spent years growing up in the foster care system. When their boys were growing up they asked if they looked like their dad. There were no photos. Fast forward to when they adopted their niece from the foster care system decades later, and no photos.
Tyree started taking photos of foster children in her spare time. But with over 6,000 children in care in Oregon alone, she was not able to serve them all.
The Fostered Memories Network matches fostered & disadvantaged children with professional photographers to provide photos children can cherish for life!

Our volunteers
We have a network of professional children's photography volunteers all around the state of Oregon & beyond!
Photographers have participated in specialized trainings & have passed background checks in order to provide the best & safest experience for foster children & disadvantaged children in the communities we serve.
